How To ContributeThere are many ways to contribute to the CustomerThink community. You can write an article, blog, participate in the discussion forum, post news (press releases) or comment on any content. You can also post white papers and other PDF-formatted content, and recorded webcasts, in our Research Library. Articles are long (between 500 and 1,000 words), written to the CustomerThink style and go through an editing process. Blogs are shorter (generally 200 to 500 words) and informal, and they're not edited. Discussion forums allow users to ask questions or provide answers to others. News items are formal press releases. If you register, you can post your own content and sign up for free email newsletters.
