U.S. Air Force Personnel Center Works with RightNow to Tap into the Cloud
New Defense-Ready SaaS Signals Shift at Department of Defense; Government Agencies Begin Migration from On Premise to On Demand
U.S. Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) is moving its on premise RightNow (NASDAQ: RNOW) solution to a new highly secure, Department of Defense (DoD) SaaS solution.
Released in April, RightNow’s new defense-ready SaaS offering meets intense levels of compliance and security to help AFPC reap the benefits of RightNow’s On Demand CRM, such as rapid time to deploy, more frequent access to ongoing solution innovation, increased reliability and lower cost of ownership. This new implementation allows RightNow to leverage its world-class operating capabilities, while providing AFPC with a consolidated single point of contact for system information.
“We are proud to be the first on demand CRM vendor capable of meeting the Air Force’s SaaS security and compliance needs.”
Kevin Paschuck, vice president, public sector, RightNow
