Q: Can I use my CustomerThink account on these communities?
A: Yes, your user account will work on any community. However, you'll need to log in individually; your session is not maintained between sites.
Q: What determines where my posts will show up?
A: Individual posts are categorized by the moderator. Categories determines whether the post will be displayed in a community site. For example, posts categorized for "social business" will show at SocialBusinessOne.
Q: Are comments categorized?
A: Regardless of where posted, all approved/published comments will show on each post. Only the category of the post determines where it will be displayed.
Q: If I edit a post, do I need to change the community versions, too?
A: No, you can edit a post anywhere and it will be updated on CustomerThink and any community where also displayed.
