    In early December, Microsoft introduced the long-awaited update to its CRM solution, along with a new brand for its business systems, Microsoft Dynamics. Just before the official release, CRMGuru founder Bob Thompson spoke with Brad Wilson, the company's general manager for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, about the new release, the new brand and the company's approach to the market.
