Hers was the very first "trends" story I had run for CustomerThink that acknowledged that December and January may be too late for most companies to change their strategies for the year.
With that in mind, as we get ready to kick off a month devoted to predictions and trends, I'd like to throw it out to you: What sorts of things can you do after the company or department budget is in place? Can you change a train wreck? Can you make tweaks?
