All registered users can post content in our Research Library. It's easy!
- If you don't already have an account, take one minute to register [1] and activate your account.
- Log in with your user name and password in the upper right area of your browser
- Click on one of the Research Library links in the upper right column: white paper, research report, case study or on-demand webcast.
- Follow the instructions to post your content. You'll be asked to upload your PDF file or input the link where a recorded webcast is available for viewing.
After you hit "submit," your content will appear in the Research Library after moderator approval. Note: CustomerThink staff may edit content titles, categories or links, and will delete any content that does not meet our Terms of Use [2].
