TREEHOUSE INTERACTIVE™ CHANGES THE FACE OF AUTOMATED NURTURING WITH NEW
ACTION STUDIO FOR MARKETING PROFESSIONALS

Marketing View Action StudioT Advances Marketing Automation with Powerful
New Drag-and-Drop Tools to Accelerate Achievement of Lead and Sales Revenue
Goals

Salt Lake City, UT – February 19, 2013 – TreeHouse Interactive
(www.treehousei.com), a leading innovator in marketing automation since
1998, today announced a suite of powerful new nurturing campaign design
tools called Action Studio-part of its enhanced Marketing ViewT marketing
automation platform. The new Action Studio enables significantly faster and
more efficient creation of nurturing campaigns. Its drag-and-drop interface
also provides unique access to behavioral and contact data when creating
automated and personalized nurturing paths-ultimately helping to create more
sales-ready leads that produce revenue.

Competitive solutions have either been very linear and segmented in their
approach to nurturing campaign development-which makes it difficult to adapt
to prospect needs-or have been overly complex. Action Studio enables fast
and efficient creation of nurturing campaigns, gives a complete view of
complex campaigns on one screen, and puts powerful tools in marketers’ hands
to leverage prospect behavior.

“We’ve taken a different approach to nurturing campaign creation within
Marketing View,” said Erich Flynn, CEO, TreeHouse Interactive. “While we’ve
always had nurturing capabilities, the new Action Studio is focused on
giving marketing teams extremely powerful tools to tap into behavioral data
and contact record changes-enabling them to create highly targeted nurturing
in minutes. Such exactness, along with an intuitive and visual method for
accessing prospect data, will significantly improve a marketing team’s
ability to execute nurturing campaigns quickly and reach lead and revenue
goals.”

Action Studio enables marketers to use one or more behavioral events to
place prospects on relevant nurturing tracks. Behavioral events can include
form submissions, email opens, specific email link clicks, website visits or
specific page views. A change in contact information can also serve as a
nurturing trigger, which may have resulted from an event as simple as
prospect qualification in a connected CRM system.

Action Studio then uses a rich set of actions to push prospects forward in
the buying cycle. These actions can include, but aren’t limited to, sending
timed nurturing emails, sending sales executive alerts, updating external
webinar systems and sending sales qualified leads directly into the sales
team’s CRM system.

With the integration of Action Studio into Marketing View, marketers now
have a complete set of visual tools that enable them to drag and drop events
and actions on screen, add prospect filtering rules, and easily create
branching paths depending on prospect action at any given point in time. As
a result, marketers have unlimited opportunities to automate everything from
nurturing based on specific product interest-as demonstrated by a web page
visit-to complex rule-based campaigns spanning months. More complex
campaigns might involve multiple webinar and PDF files, clicking on specific
email links, and changes to prospect status.

“We are really excited about the new Action Studio-a significant step
forward in automated nurturing that will help our team be more consistent
and proactive in engaging with prospects,” said Mary Anne Gunn, director of
corporate marketing, Motion Computing. “It is easy to set up a nurturing
track, and even more importantly, drill down into prospect behavior to
create intelligent interactions that will improve our visibility into
effective treatment programs.”

“The drag-and-drop interface looks very easy to use,” said Nadra Ghaddar,
marketing programs manager, SailPoint. “It will make creating and designing
multi-step, multi-path campaigns very straightforward and fast to execute.
It also puts all the data we’re collecting to good use-allowing us to solve
real-world challenges and to produce more high quality leads.”

The new Action Studio capabilities can be seen at the MarketingSherpa show
in Las Vegas, February 18-21, at booth #604. Wider customer release is
expected Q2 2013.
