STREAMSERVE EXPANDS GLOBAL REACH WITH NEW CHANNEL PARTNERSHIPS

New Partner Portal Launched to Support StreamServe’s New and Existing Partners

BURLINGTON, Mass. USA – February 16, 2009 – StreamServe, Inc., a leading provider of business communication solutions, today announced that it is expanding its global reach by signing on multiple partners around the world to consult, integrate and sell StreamServe’s dynamic document composition, document process automation and enterprise output management solutions.

Reflecting StreamServe’s market reach, Arch Consulting (UK), CSC, EFIDAS, OMS and CS Consulting (Germany), have recently become consulting partners of StreamServe. New resellers of StreamServe’s offerings include Siatel, IORGA, TVH Consulting (France); DCW (Greece); West Nordics, Consebo AB and iStone (Nordics); Comsoft (Switzerland); ProTechnologies (North America); Terna (Austria); Syntegricom (South Africa); Info Industries Group (Russia); DSR (Poland); as well as German partner IT-Power.

Existing partners, Jeeves (Nordics), Uphantis (Benelux) and LHS (Germany) have also expanded their relationships with StreamServe. LHS is now an OEM partner, enabling them to more tightly integrate StreamServe into their product offering to the global telecommunications market.

“StreamServe Persuasion™ is increasingly being requested by businesses looking to simplify the composition, document management and delivery of highly-personalized documents, whether presented on paper or electronically,” said Dennis Ladd, StreamServe’s president and CEO. “These new partnerships will allow us to provide additional global regions with the composition, document process automation and enterprise output management solutions they need for effective customer communications. We are very pleased with these new partnerships and look forward to forming solid relationships with each one of these partners.”

To properly support all of StreamServe’s new and existing partners, the company has unveiled a new Partner Portal. As a core component of its Partner Program, StreamServe’s Partner Portal empowers partners with tools including a Program Guide, partner selling kits, customizable collateral templates and a new demonstration platform – allowing partners to create presentations tailored to their key industries. In addition, the Partner Portal enables communications among partners within an online forum and facilitates greater collaboration via a dynamic partner directory. Over the next few months, StreamServe plans to increase the functionality of the Partner Portal to promote communication, dialogue and informational exchange within the StreamServe community.

“We are thrilled with these new and expanded partnerships and expect to announce several more partners in the coming weeks. StreamServe is committed to doing everything possible to ensure that both new and existing partners have the tools and information they need to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction as we further expand our global presence,” said Jonathan Agger, senior marketing director of StreamServe’s Alliances and Partners. “We anticipate that all of our partners will benefit from the new community-enabling tools and the volume of business critical information provided in StreamServe’s Partner Portal. We expect a great deal of success to come as a result of it.”
