Euphony Communications Integrates StayinFront CRM 11 into Sales, Customer
Service and Financial Systems

LONDON (22 October 2009) – StayinFront, Inc. (www.stayinfront.com), a
leading global provider of CRM and decision support solutions, announced
today that Euphony Communications, a well-established telecommunications
leader, has fully deployed the latest version of it’s flagship product,
StayinFront CRM 11 across their European offices.

Euphony initially launched StayinFront CRM 11 in its Benelux operations.
Building on that success, including the pace at which the solution supported
the varied business requirements and organizational growth across their
range of services, Euphony has adopted StayinFront CRM 11 as the platform
for sales and customer service management throughout their operations.

Euphony’s core business is the resale of land line (CPS) telephony, Internet
access (dial-up and ADSL), pre- and post-paid mobile, and energy services,
such as gas and electricity. The company focuses on residential consumers
and the small business sector with highly configurable products across eight
European countries: Ireland, U.K., Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Spain,

To fully leverage the application across the enterprise, StayinFront CRM 11
has been integrated with Euphony’s back-office systems that manage
provisioning, billing and finance.
