“Commissions Manager is designed for small and mid-size business looking to optimize compensation processes,” said Lorna Heynike, senior vice president of marketing at Callidus Software. “This application works as an easy on-ramp to sales performance management. It provides transparency to streamline the compensation process and allows for tight communication between sales representatives, managers and compensation analysis.”

Callidus Commissions Manager is a self-service solution. It lets companies quickly create and deploy compensation plans that include sales quotas, on-target-earnings and rate tables. This allows companies to pay commission on per-transaction basis or year-to-date attainments. The application allows sales representatives to initiate requests for credit and payment on closed opportunities. Sales representatives can also calculate commission on closed opportunities using the plans that have been assigned to them to forecast payments.

Commissions Manager empowers sales managers by putting relevant information at their fingertips through intuitive and comprehensive role-based dashboards. This gives them the most relevant information such as their top performers, and projected compensation. Sales representatives can access their dashboards in the office or on their iPhone to track metrics such as their year-to-date attainment, payouts over time, and the status of their requests.

Plan Communicator expedites the sales plan approval process with the ability to effectively and accurately communicate sales plans and contract plans to appropriate field organizations. The solution tracks changes and monitors acceptance of plans.
