Web 2.0 Pipeline Tools: Shootout?
I work with small businesses who don't have $60 or more per user per month for CRM tools. Web 2.0 has brought us many new pipeline tools, and I want to know where to go to see true, honest comparisons of what they do and don't do. I don't need lots of detail, just want to recommend to my clients one or two good web-based tools that:
track pipeline information for prospects / convert to clients with solid features
have capabilities for marketing, such as easy mailmerge or email a message to prospects/clients.
How does one get fair comparisons of these new tools. Does Customer Think have this somewhere that I have not seen yet? Thanks.

Hi!
I also have a small company and we don’t have much to spend on software. We use Wrike.com for project management and for CRM. It’s very inexpensive for the value it gives us. We can give our clients an opportunity to track tasks together with us, so they can follow a project progress with us. They get the full information of any contributions made by our team by email. It’s very convenient, no need for them to log on to any site and waste their time. Our clients love this Wrike feature.
They have a free version at wrike.com, you could give it a try :)
