I was hoping to get some feedback from companies that have used the Whittaker Garnier CRM package.

My company is planning on using this software as our CRM package, and before we take the plunge I was hoping to get some feedback from other companies on the product.

Hi Barry,

I work for Whittaker Garnier (as a developer) and I'd like to suggest that you ask your WG sales representative for details of customers that would be happy to discuss their experiences.

It's also worth checking out the competition. This should help you see why WG CMS is so unique in the marketplace and therefore so popular!

maybe consider protrak v4.0 geared towards asset management. i've had a few demo's and this one seems to top them all with respect to investor/fund/account/broker/custodian relationship management. in addition, tracking restrictions, fund & investor types, and AUM. i'm not an expert, however, i've seen a few and this is so far more robust (in reporting and integration, too). cheers
