Articles not reviews
Amandeep,
We don't have book reviews on the site. Jim Barnes is a member of the CustomerThink Advisory Council, and his articles and blogs are up on the site. Just search under his name. For reviews, you may want to check Amazon.com or other book sites.

Good Idea
Gwynne
Perhaps we should have book reviews on the website.
There are so many new business books published each year. Sadly, only a small percentage of them will be original, insightful and worth reading. Most of them will be fit only for pulping. I have no idea into which category any of the CRMGurus' own books fit into, although I expect it to be the former rather than the latter. Anything that helps to sort out the literary wheat from the chaff would be welcome.
Any ideas how to make this happen

Book reviews
Good suggestion. Book reviews by community members are certainly possible with our new site design. If someone posts a favorite book and writes a review, others could add their comments and/or ratings. Something like what Amazon.com does.
