Online Scripts for Reps

I need some help..I have a call center and want to know is there a special program out there to have our scripts online for our cSReps to use.
Right now they have paper work all over the place and no organization at all.. Who can help me bring this paper work right on their screens.

Please could you more information as to what scripts and what sort of paper work that should be available on the screen. Eg please consider volume,data type,format etc and other information. I will try to be of assitance if I can. Wishing you the very best.

There are many many scripting tools which could do the job you mention and maybe you already have some tools bundled with your telephone switch or your application software that could be used.
