I am a final year undergraduate at Loughborough University studying Computing & Management and as part of my course I am required to complete a dissertation.
I have chosen as my subject Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems – specifically to explore the benefits and disadvantages of hosted (on-demand) such as salesforce.com versus in-house (on-premise) solutions such as SAP for different types and sizes of organisation including small businesses.
If your company uses CRM or are thinking of using CRM I would be very grateful if you could spend a few minutes of your time to help me by completing the short on-line questionnaire at the following link:
http://www.questionpro.com/akira/TakeSurvey?id=838052
The responses will be anonymous, will not be linked to you or your organisation and will only be used to produce summary feedback
Thanks
Jon
