A New Look and Feel for the CustomerThink Forum
As of June 15, we have moved our discussion forum into our new site design introduced in January. When you click on "Forum" on the top site navigation, or point your web browser to www.customerthink.com/forum, you will automatically access our new discussion forum.
The new forum is fully integrated into our site. That means that you will need only one login to post any CustomerThink content: discussion, blogs, news, or comments. However, it also means that your old forum login won't work on the new site.
If you have already registered at CustomerThink, you're all set. Your login and password will now enable you to post and reply to Forum discussions. If you have not registered, it's easy! Just click on www.customerthink.com/register and follow the instructions to get registered in a couple of minutes.
We do apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we were not able to transfer old forum logins and posting history to the new site.
But we think you'll agree it's worth the change because:
- We've moved the best discussion threads and categorized them to fit our new site design. You'll get a more consistent user experience, now with just one login.
- Forum content is now categorized the same as all other content. For example, to see all articles, blogs, news and forum posts categorized under Customer Experience Management, you can find it easily via our site navigation (www.customerthink.com/customer_experience_management).
- If you post any new content, including forum topics, you can subscribe to receive a notification if someone replies or adds a comment. Great for keeping the conversation going.
- All content can be marked up the same way, with HTML, BBCode and Smileys.
- And you can use Private Messaging to communicate with other members.
We hope you will enjoy the new forum and other changes we've made to improve your experience on CustomerThink. Let us know what you think by adding your comments below.
