Our organization has around 50 members and we are in need of a helpdesk solution that has easy to use self-service portal.
Any suggestions?

John, maybe you could try Pathworks software. It is a Free web based helpdesk service. It is also easy to use and has customizable fields. Pathworks also has a guided self service portal.
