Hosted CRM With Heavy Marketing Features

I am looking for a hosted, scalable CRM solution that heavily automates the marketing system. Specifically, we will be testing multiple marketing strategies such as print media, direct mail, telephone messaging (follow ups) and email responders.

We want to establish somewhat unique marketing follow up strategies for each method used and then be able to guage the results. We want a system that will allow us to segregate leads into different response funnels and then have the system help automate the printing of follow up letters, the sending of emails, etc.

Can you recommend a hosted solution for this type of application and would you expect that we would need a customized upgrade?

I use Salesforce.com without any problem. Maybe you could investigate that alternative.
The cost it is 65$/month but it is almost sure that you neeed to pay more in order to activate some specific marketing functionality that maybe you need.

Exist some solution developed by other companies over the salesforce.com based solution, you could find these in salesforce.com website.

Does your company have currently some ERP installed?. If you have Oracle E-Business Suite (11.5.10 V) the Oracle Marketing Online es a good solution.

Marta- We've created an application that works within salesforce.com on their AppExchange. MarketDriver from NetSales.com will do exactly what you need. We're working to aling with other CRM products and legacy systems, but we're seeking beta customers using salesforce.com right now. If you'd be interested, we're looking for beta customers interestd in having significant influence on the the product roadmap and who are willing to sign an NDA.

MarketDriver by NetSales.com is the direct marketing platform that provides solutions to the business challenges you outline here.

I would certainly be interested in learning more about the beta testing being done with salesforce.

I also found a site called vtrenz.com which seems to have exactly what we're looking for. Does anyone have any experience with this firm?

Marta- Scott Steward from NetSales.com here. I'd be happy to arrange a conference call or a webcast to introduce our offering to you. Steve Stein our CEO would be excited to share our roadmap and to explain how working with salesforce.com would get you up and running using MarketDriver from NetSales.com. It's clear that we could learn something from you even if our solution is a perfect fit just yet.

Feel free to call me, or email at ssteward@NetSales.com. Looking forward to hearing from you Marta.
