Customer Loyalty
I believe that organizations are trying harder to first of all retain their current customers and gain new ones. For this reason, creating that customer loyalty factor is a big challenge and yet the right strategy. We have seen many oil marketing companies offering loyalty points on fuel and frequesnt flyer miles programs offered by many airlines have actually worked out in this area.
Can anyone quote any model previously suggested and tested in order to engage the right kind of customer loyalty?

I would think very simple to build Customer Loyalty especially in the Service Industry. In my view, if a service organization is selling product with due service courtesy and at an affordable price, the word of mouth will create Customer Loyalty and acquisition of new customers.
