Is This CRM Software Good? What do you need the software to do?
I've consulted to 9 of the leading CRM applications vendors, and have absolutely no experience with Concursive. That said, each vendor has their own sweet spot, or at least what they believe is a sweet spot. It doesn't sound like you need anything with billing and OSS capabilities. If you are looking for something to track prospects, to leads, to accounts,I'd take a hard look at SalesForce.com. They offer free individual licenses, and for a small fee, a group license. They also offer online training. I use it myself, and find it very helpful, and the price is perfect. Paul Roemer, Partner August 5, 2008 - 23:56
Another contender for start-ups - junariCRM
I would also strongly recommend you look at junariCRM which has been specifically developed for small to medium sized businesses using the OpenERP platform. Have a look at the Junari website and feel free to post any product-specific queries you might have in their Community Forums. December 2, 2009 - 14:04

I am no pro with CRM software, and actually just started looking into different companies that offer a set of tools to help grow my customer base. Having just got my small business up and running, I can't afford to loose my first customers (the common fear of all startup companies). Anyway I was browsing to find free trials and stumbled across a CRM called ConcourseSuite put out by Concursive. Is this a solid CRM? Does anyone know anything about this company?
