Do you have any specific questions about mobile telco loyalty programmes?
There are many different flavours of programmes specifically designed to engender mobile customer loyalty, from every day low pricing (e.g. Aldi, D), through dynamic promotions (vodafone UK), through customer lifecycle management (O2, UK), to, friends and family (MCI, US), to mobile loyalty programmes (one, CH), all the way to multi-sided market coalition loyalty programmes (Payback, D) and customer experience management (Bell Canada). And that doesn't even begin to touch on the newer areas of customer communities, customer calling network analysis and mobile social networks. Mobile loyalty management is much larger than it was just a few years ago.
Send me your email to graham(dot)hill(at)web(dot)de and I will send you a recent presentation I made on Customer2.0 at the recent IIR Mobile CRM & CEM conference. It touches on a number of these points with examples.
