In 2008, we had nearly 100 authors posting content on CustomerThink. My sincere thanks to them all for writing the articles and blogs that make this site the leading voice in customer-centric business management.

Before we sign off on a turbulent year, special kudos are in order for our top 10 authors. These thought leaders posted the most popular featured content to inform, inspire and spark debate.

For each author, I've selected my personal favorite for 2008. Enjoy!
