Great piece!
As you point out, buy-in is vital for any big change in a structure to be successful. Don’t forget the customer’s buy-in along the way. If changes don’t keep them in mind, as this article (http://www.upyourservice.com/learning-library/customer-service-contact/h...) suggests, plans can backfire.
