Hello CT! Help me make the shift :)

Thus far I have been working safely behind the scenes but now I have been "discovered" and have been given the opportunity of getting myself polished.

I have been active on the internet as scorpfromhell for more than 10 years now but got recognized in the enterprise circles may be in the past 10 weeks or so.

I will initially repost my stuff on Social CRM & related areas from my external blog and then continue to post here. I am not abandoning my old blog, which will now host all the other topics like my interests in open source, my family, my rice writing hobby and anything that does not fall under the "professional" category.

I hope to enrich the network of professionals here though my prime personal motives are to learn & to validate my ideas. :)

I have been reading Customer Think since 2001 (its earlier avatar of CRM Guru) and influenced heavily by Bob Thompson & Dick Lee's thoughts during my initial days in CRM. Hope to give back some to the community now. :)
