By banning the following from our customer service teams and ensuring that none of our customer service team members develop these experience killing characteristics we can speed up our customer service revolution.

Bad customer service has given those of us in the industry a black mark. Service has been so bad, for so long, that even with the Zappos and Ritz-Carltons of the world, we’re still digging ourselves out of a pretty big hole.
